Class Schedule: 10:15- 11:45 AM Saturdays October 3rd - November 7th**
Description:
The stage is waiting, it's time to discover the actor in you! In this exciting introduction to acting, young performers will explore the building blocks of bringing characters to life through movement, voice, imagination, and storytelling.
Students will build confidence while learning essential acting skills through fun theatre games, improvisation, character exploration, monologues, and scenes. Inspired by techniques used by professional actors, this class encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression while helping students develop strong stage presence and performance skills. Whether they're stepping onstage for the first time or looking to grow as performers, this class is the perfect place to begin their acting journey.
Instructor:
Christopher Ryan Quiroz (he/him)
Christopher Ryan Quiroz is an actor and teaching artist specializing in red-nose Clown, physical acting, and intimacy coordination. His solo show, little QUEER, had its NYC premiere at The Tank in Summer 2024. Christopher is heavily involved with the Shakespeare & Autism Project, under the direction of Kevin McClatchy, and looks forward to finding new ways to combine his passion for storytelling and human connection with his unique point of view.
*Participants must be the appropriate age by the start of classes.
**If a class is canceled by CCT or the instructor, November17th will serve as the makeup day.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel 4+ weeks before start date: full refund less $25 fee.
- Cancel 2–4 weeks before start date: refund less $45 fee.
- Cancel 3 days–2 weeks before start date: account credit less $45 fee.
- Cancel within 3 days: no refund or credit due to limited enrollment capacity.
All classes require a minimum number of students to run. CCT reserves the right to cancel classes with low enrollment. If CCT cancels, a full refund will be issued.
